3. Appointment Scheduling

When scheduling an appointment through our website:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You understand that appointments are subject to availability
  • You agree to be present at the scheduled time for onsite appointments
  • You agree to be available via phone or video call for virtual appointments
  • You understand that cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee

Our onsite services are limited to the following areas in Orange County, California:

  • Laguna Beach
  • Laguna Niguel
  • Newport Beach

Virtual services are available to clients in these areas as well.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payment methods. Pricing for services will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

6. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

OC Tech Care is not responsible for:

  • Data loss during service
  • Hardware failures unrelated to our services
  • Software compatibility issues
  • Issues arising from third-party products or services

We recommend backing up all important data before any service appointment.
