Why us? We provide a more personalized level of care with a higher degree of expertise, which can't be provided by existing big corporate tech support companies such as Geek Squad. We are also passionate cyclist and prefer to travel on bike whenever possible.

We are selective of the clients we work with, we prefer to focus on continually providing quality service to those we serve. So we tend to choose to work with companies or clients that we feel benefit the most from our services, and there is a potential to establish a long term mututally beneficial relationship.

Our clients typically value expierence over cost, we try to meet that expectation at a reasonable rate around $150 per hour for onsite visits and around $100 virtually. The exact amount depends on the service provided. We always provide estimates upfront, and very communicate and transparent with our clients.

Remote support is when we connect to your device remotely, to provide support or services. Yes! We provide remote support when possible.

We support a wide range of technology including computers (Windows, Mac, Linux), mobile devices, smart home systems, networking equipment, printers, cloud, web, and more. If it's tech-related, we can likely help!
